Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weight Logic LLC; dba CryoLumina in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Law of the United States of America and Laws and Regulations of the state of Texas, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the [non-]exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
Gift Certificate Redemption
Customers must present a digital proof of the gift certificate at the selected Weight Logic LLC; dba CryoLumina in order to choose and schedule their services.
A copy of the gift certificate is always sent to the purchaser after the payment process has been completed.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be requested directly at the Spa's reception or online appointment portal.
If you do not use the full value of the Gift Certificate on your initial visit, the spa partner will issue a credit towards a future appointment, which needs to be redeemed within 60 days.
You can purchase spa treatments or spa products, memberships, or plans for the receiver and/or any other person. No partial refunds apply for unused amounts and these cannot be used for tips.
Memberships
Once you enroll in one of our memberships our staff can either set up reoccurring automatic credit card charges every month or you can pay the full amount in advance.
First payment is due upon enrollment with all payments to be charged every month on the same day as enrollment started.
You may cancel your membership at any time after six months with a written notification of termination 10 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Memberships cannot be reinstated for a period of six months after cancellation.
If you cancel prior to your initial 6-month agreement, there will be a $125 cancellation fee along with payment of any services rendered that month at regular or current pricing (whichever is lower).
To pause your membership for any reason please notify us to make arrangements for remaining sessions and time for pause. If we do not hear from you regarding a pause in membership you will continue to be billed monthly.
• Services do not rollover to the next month
• No cash or credit refunds will be given for services not used.
• Membership benefits cannot be shared
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Even though Weight Logic LLC; dba CryoLumina strives to provide the highest standards in quality, safety and guest satisfaction, we are not safe from any unexpected events that might happen before or during your treatments or sessions. Therefore, please find our Refund & Cancellation Policy below.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The information below sets forth the Refund & Cancellation Policy of both online pre-bookings, as well as direct purchases at any of our local spas for: WEIGHT LOGIC LLC; DBA CRYOLUMINA.

Memberships with unused sessions in 30 day period will not carry over will not be eligible for refund or credit, no transfers of sessions or memberships allowed
For cancellations of services or gift certificates purchased online with an open date, the arrival date will be taken as a deadline.
Cancellation of services purchased at the local spa require cancellation directly at the spa reception or online appointment portal.
* Delays by 15 minutes or more will be seen as “no show” and result in no refund. For some treatments, you may have the option of a reduced service time.

Please note that we are not able to refund any kind of fees, charged or paid to a third party, like Paypal or bank.
Refund will be issued to the original form of payment that you used upon purchase. The accreditation terms are subject to existing bank clearing regulations, which are not controlled by Weight Logic LLC; dba CryoLumina. In some cases, it may take up to 45 days to see the refund reflected on your account due to bank regulations.
3. Third-party purchase
In case of cancellations of services purchased through another website or agency, their Refund & Cancellation Policy must be followed.
