What to expect during your treatments:

  1. EMS (EMShape Neo): This session involves high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation to contract muscles, simulating the effect of intense workouts. Clients may feel muscle contractions and mild warmth in the treatment area. Sessions are non-invasive and require no downtime, though temporary soreness similar to post-exercise discomfort is normal.
  2. Cryo CO2 Handheld Device: This treatment uses cold therapy to target localized fat and tighten skin. Clients will experience cold sensations and possibly mild tingling during the session. The skin may appear slightly red immediately after, but this should subside quickly. Results often improve with repeated sessions and adherence to post-care guidelines.
  3. Red Light Therapy (PlatinumLED Multi-Wavelength): This session involves exposure to low-level red and near-infrared light to promote skin rejuvenation and reduce inflammation. Clients may feel gentle warmth on the skin during the session. The treatment is relaxing, painless, and requires no downtime.
