How is EmShape Neo different from traditional EMS devices?

Unlike some traditional EMS devices, EmShape Neo incorporates RF energy to heat fat cells, promoting fat breakdown while contracting muscles. This dual effect maximizes fat reduction and muscle toning in a single session.

Clients often report increased muscle tone, reduced fat in targeted areas, and overall skin tightening. Many see noticeable changes after 4 sessions, but results vary by individual.

Some clients notice initial improvements in muscle tone within a few days. Full results, especially for fat reduction, typically develop over a few weeks as the body processes the treated fat cells.

For optimal results, most clients need a series of 4 to 12 sessions, spaced about 48 hours apart, most clients come in twice a week. This allows time for fat cells to break down and muscles to strengthen.

EmShape Neo can target multiple areas, including the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms, and calves, helping to contour and tone muscles in these areas.

EmShape Neo is non-invasive and requires no downtime. You can resume normal activities immediately after each session, making it convenient for busy schedules.

Who should not be treated by Subzero Cryo Body Sculpting?

These procedures are not for everyone. You should not be treated with Cryo body sculpting if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria.

Please consult with a physician prior to having cryo sculpting treatments.

Treatments can take as little as 3 to 10 minutes and cover one or two treatment areas. We recommend multiple treatments to help achieve the best results see our service plans and memberships.

Some results may be seen as early as 1 to 3 sessions but it will take weeks to months after treatments for the real results. Your lymphatic system starts working right away but also takes time to pass the dead fat cells through your system so full results can sometimes take up to 6 months or more. Be sure to maintain a healthy diet, routine exercise, lower caffeine intake, and drink more water so it helps your body complete its fat elimination process.

This is a common question and you may hear several answers to it but in general each area should not be treated more than twice per week like every 3 days or so. However; if you are treating more than one area of your body then more frequent visits are ok since you can alternate the different areas. We can figure a plan for you once we know more about the areas of treatment you want.

Skin tightening takes time, so a single Cryo session wouldn’t be enough to repair and tighten loose or sagging skin. Many people have experienced weight loss from drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro etc and now are faced with loose skin. Cryo can definitely help tighten your skin and bring back more blood flow and rejuvenation. Depending on your skin elasticity and progress you may need several sessions, we recommend starting with 8 to 12 treatment plan.

Cryo treatments are non-invasive and require no down time or recovery. Your skin may still feel a little cold to touch and possibly some redness or light swelling and that should go away within minutes to a couple hours so going back to your day is not a problem. Our Cryo sessions are normally 30 minutes to 35 minutes or so and that includes spending 10 minutes on the vibration plate afterwards. Your first session may take longer upto 45 minutes since there will be consultation but after that first time it’s usually 30 minutes.

How Should I Use Red Light for Cellulite?

Combining red and near-infrared (NIR) light therapy delivers optimal results. Red light targets subcutaneous fat just under the skin, while NIR light penetrates deeper, enhancing muscle growth and body composition. This combination boosts metabolism, burns more calories at rest, and provides comprehensive therapeutic benefits. Red Light (630nm and 660nm): Targets subcutaneous fat. NIR Light (810nm, 830nm, and 850nm): Enhances muscle growth and body composition. Improved Immune Function, Reduction in Chronic Skin Condition Symptoms, and Fat and Cellulite Reduction.

You can self-administer red light therapy three to five times per week, for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. For a noticeable reduction in cellulite, we recommend the use of red light therapy treatment for one to four months. Red light therapy works at the cellular level and is not considered a “band aid” fix that only focuses on symptoms, which is why relatively extended treatments are required.

Red light therapy stimulates the body’s regenerative processes, but since skin cells take about 27 days to replicate themselves and connective tissue cells replicate even more slowly (and cells don’t all replicate at once), expect at least a month to see optimal results.

There are no known side effects to red light therapy. Unlike ultraviolet (UVA/UVB) rays, red light won’t burn the skin or cause premature aging. However, because red light works on a cellular level, “more” isn’t necessarily better. Skin and connective tissue regeneration cannot be accelerated by adding more sessions or moving closer to the device. Treating excess fat, including cellulite, requires consistency and patience. Just as it takes time to build muscles and lose weight with resistance training, it takes time for red light therapy to reach peak results. However, you may see encouraging results quickly, such as a visible reduction in cellulite after a few treatments.

Cheap LED red light masks, wands, and wraps don’t have the power to deliver enough light, which means they are not effective. And since many are battery-powered, you can expect an even greater drop in intensity as the batteries drain.

It usually requires around 10 sessions to see visible changes. However, after a few treatments, you can expect to witness minor results.

Scientists have found that red light therapy is free of side effects when used as directed, including using protective eyewear and not overdoing the treatment times. In every study we’ve reviewed, patient satisfaction has been very high.
